McGrath designs makeup looks for scores of major fashion brands like Versace, Prada, Miu Miu, and Dior each fashion season. According to Vogue, she has painted the faces of more than 190,000 models and worked backstage at more than 3,300 shows.
Her artistic creations for the runway have driven almost every makeup trend over the past two decades, including blue mascara, rhinestone eye makeup, dewy skin, and much more. She is also known for her more elaborate makeup looks, such as faux feather eyelashes, Swarovski-covered lips, and even brocade fabric eyebrows.
