Watch as the lovely Anne Michelae serves up the many benefits of Rosemary, including hair growth, reducing hair loss, and stalling premature greying. She also shared a super easy DIY recipe:

Ingredients

  • Fresh Rosemary stalks 
  • Bowl or cup
  • Water

Process 

Place the Rosemary stalks in the bowl and add boiling water.  Allow it to sit for 15 minutes.  

That’s it!

She says, “if you want yours super potent, boil the fresh stalks or dried leaves on the stove for 5-10 mins, and then allow it to sit for 24 hours. Remember to leave the stalks and leaves in the water as they continue to release their goodness. If your brew doesn’t turn red after the first time, put it back on the stove with the stalks in the water and let it simmer for a little longer on low heat.”  

Apply to the scalp and hair once per week (always massage the scalp) and always follow up with a moisturizing leave-in conditioner.
