Blurred Lines Between Makeup and Skincare

As much as we can’t escape the skincare craze, makeup is right behind it. The lines will become even more blurry in 2024, with brands creating makeup formulas that are intertwined with healthier ingredients and suitable for skin creations. Take YouthForia, who came out with a makeup line you can sleep in, which to us feels like the most advanced technological invention of the decade. Not to get ahead of ourselves, but it’s possible brands may be taking away the guilt of sleeping in makeup altogether, although that may be more of a 2028 prediction. Expect to only see a few makeup products on the market without SPF somehow tied in, as the new wave of makeup is becoming friendlier to our skin.
