Neon
Add a cool pop of neon to your look by way of a graphic liner. Makeup artist Hanako. Samuels accentuated this look by adding chic glossy waves.
Metallic
A metallic wash of color to the lids is a great way to change things up for summer. Samuels accentuated this sophisticated look with peach blush and a nude lip.
