Diipa Büller-Khosla can now add beauty boss to her growing list of titles. The South Asian social media influencer and model has launched indē wild, the first-ever Ayuverdistry beauty brand.
Billed as a conscious beauty ecosystem, Khosla wants indē wild to be seen as more than an influencer brand. The groundbreaking venture combines Ayurvedic practices originating from India with science-backed chemistry into Ayurvedistry.
“I wanted to create a brand that married the principles of natural medical science with the finest Ayurvedic superfoods and conscious revolutionary chemistry,” said Khosla. “Beauty isn’t just skin deep, which is why our brand harnesses radical transparency to educate and empower our community by using products that connect the body and the soul.”
The brand’s first offerings include two vegan and cruelty-free serums, the AM Sunrise Glow Serum and PM Sunset Restore Serums formulated to help address darker skin tone issues such as hyperpigmentation and eczema. Khosla said she was inspired by her mother, who is an Ayurvedic doctor, and her own personal battles with acne to launch the line.
Both serums are packed with Ayurvedic superfoods, including ashwagandha and turmeric, along with 15% pure vitamin C and E vitamins to help soothe, heal and protect the skin. The AM serum is designed as a morning must-have to brighten and smooth the skin.
The PM serum is the first-ever Ayurvedic skin solution formulated with bakuchiol, a plant-based retinol alternative. The serum also includes squalane, amla, saffron, and rosehip seed oil which help stimulate collagen production and restore the skin’s firmness and hydration.
Both serums retail for $37 each and are available online at indewild.com.
