A time was had at Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour in Los Angeles! Every celebrity & their mama (literally some of our favorite mother-daughter duos were in the building) came to wish Queen Bey a Happy Birthday on night three of the tour’s stop in the City of Angels. It was the ultimate stargazing, with your favorite’s favorites sprinkled throughout SoFi stadium. They weren’t just relegated to VIP; they mixed in with the crowd, even showing up in fan videos across the internet, like Zendaya’s now infamous appearance in an influencer’s Tiktok during the “Mute” challenge.
The theme for the night was silver and black, as directed by the Queen herself, while patent leather, mesh, liquid looks, and mirrored accents were the trending sartorial styles of the night. Silver eyelids and face jewels ruled the night’s beauty along with protective hairstyles, perfect for sweating out your tresses while dancing to your most-loved Beyoncé tracks.
We couldn’t help but round up a list of these star-studded silver looks from celebrities who OVERstood the assignment. Here are 14 of our faves who brought big beauty & style energy to the building.
Beyoncé’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate, Kelly Rowland, showed up for her bestie on more than one night of the tour. Her night three look was stunning: a black patent leather bustier top over black jeans with layers of silver chains and sparkly face jewels. But it’s her look on night two that we loved the most. The strapless silver chain metal crop top paired with wide-leg distressed jeans and diamond chandelier earrings was a fabulous renaissance of Beyoncé’s outfit on her 2003 Dangerously in Love album cover.
Elaine Welteroth & Lupita Nyong’o
Girlfriends Elaine Welteroth & Lupita Nyong’o left us speechless in stunning shorts & blazer looks. Elaine’s version was denim shorts with a silver triangle top, sparkly striped blazer, and coordinating sparkling pearl-accented cowboy hat and shades. At the same time, Lupita’s silver shorts, loafers, and sunglasses were set off by her black crop top, blazer, hat, and blinged-out drop earrings.
Grown-ish actress Yara Shahidi covered her upswept signature curls with a cowboy hat that looked part disco ball and all fun. It was the perfect topper for her silver strapless bustier and silver-coated wide-leg jeans.
Tabitha & Choyce Brown
Auntie Tab, Cousin Choyce, and their crew rolled up to the Renaissance Tour in style, decked out in full chrome in a massive sprinter. Tabitha accented her silver button-up shirt and skinny jeans with butterfly sunnies, and “Donna,” her big gorgeous ‘fro, rocked a thick silver streak. Her daughter, Choyce, donned a knit top and matching hood atop her bespeckled jeans.
Run the World actress Bresha Webb went full Alien Superstar in a silver puffer vest and matching skirt, with silver knee-high boots. She accessorized with chrome nails, bejeweled eyelids, a high braided pony extending past her thighs, plus custom silver necklaces, including a Tiffany pendant engraved with “Welcome to the Renaissance, Beyoncé, 925.”
A silver freakum dress and knee-high quilted boots looked amazing on Quinta Brunson for her girls’ night out with friends. The Abbot Elementary creator complimented the ‘fit with chin-length straight bangs, a spiky updo, silver eyeshadow, and nude lips.
Songstress Halle Bailey kept it casual for Bey Day in a long Balenciaga hoodie and crystal embellished sock boots with her signature locks pulled high into a ponytail.
Olympic medalist and Real Housewife of Atlanta cast member Sanya Richards-Ross went for the gold in Renaissance style, dressing her love on top in a body-skimming silver liquid-look dress with a bedazzled cape and silver arm cuffs.
Liza Koshy’s look was casually cute, with a silver accented bra-like outline on her shirt and a massive belt buckle. She finished the look with tall black leather boots and a black felt hat with curly tendrils peeking from the front.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Crystal Minkoff kept it cute in a simple white tee, silver leather skirt, and black cowboy boots with her long hair hanging over her shoulders.
J. Hud’s halo was a soft and sultry braid-out look that framed her silver eyelids, mega lashes, and glossy neutral lips. Her silver bandeaux top, wrap skirt, and sandals glistened against her bronzey skin.
Storm Reid was ready to party for her second time, seeing the tour in a backless silver halter top, slim black pants, patent boots, and silver cowboy hat with her hair in jumbo cornrows underneath.
Tiya Mowry was dressed to a tee in a glittering silver skirt suit for the show and a surprise serenade by the Queen herself. Beyoncé blessed the actress with a verse from “Yeah Yeah Yeah”, a song from when the young starlet was in a girl group. She accented her look with silver ankle-length sock booties, a crystal-accented braided ponytail, and a silver smokey eye dotted by jewels in each corner.
Vanessa & Natalia Bryant
Vanessa Bryant sang and danced the night away in a sequined silver top and hoop earrings with daughter Natalia vibing by her side.
