Face fitness influencers are mesmerizing. They’re all gorgeous and age-defying—of course—and they claim to have found the fountain of youth through bizarre facial contortions that seem to work, if their faces and their clients’ before-and-afters are any indication.

Even if you don’t feel like adding yet another step to your beauty routine, it’s worth taking a look at a post or three. Like we said… mesmerizing. And if a face fitness move keeps the botox and fillers away for a few more years, why not give it a try?

Here are some of our fave face fitness influencers.

Face Yoga Method

Fumiko Takatsu is one of the OGs. She developed the Face Yoga Method two decades ago after she got into a car accident at the age of 35 and lost symmetry in her face. Her books and classes are a worldwide phenomena—a million face yogis can’t be wrong!

Face Gym

Celebs like Priyanka Chopra, Ashley Park and Jessica Biel are Face Gym enthusiasts. Their brick-and-mortar locations offer sculpting massages, but they also have their own skincare line and their trainers share Face Gym techniques on Instagram.

Koko Face Yoga

Perhaps the most media-savvy person in face fitness, Koko Hayashi has been sharing her face yoga techniques on America’s Got Talent, Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Shark Tank. Kim calls her techniques “pretty legit.”
